OCTOBER MONTHLY CHALLENGE: Halloween Home Decor Challenge!

This is a project I made for a Cricut Circle Challenge.
I started with these battery operated candles I got from The Christmas Tree Shop.
For the decorations are from the Seasonal Cake cartridge and used the Imagine to color the images. The most important part is that you have to print on tissue paper and you have to tape the tissue paper to a regular piece of cardstock. I also made a mistake and did not flip the images. Ooops.
Know to get the image on the candle you have to put the design on the candle with the printed size towards the candle then hold it together with a piece of wax paper and use a heat gun to get the image on (the tissue paper melts away, I have no idea how.

And here is how it turned out:
Hope you like it and let me know if you have any questions.

Cricut Circle Monthly Echo Park Contest

I made this for the Circle monthly contest. You had to use Echo Park paper and at least 2 cricut cuts. I used Echo Park Little Girl Collection and  this is what I came up with.
It's a place where I can put all the things that we have to do in a week.
I started with a white picture frame that I got from ACMoore.
I then painted it with Martha Stewart craft paint ( love this stuff) and cut 8 different pieces of paper into 4x6 rectangles and glued them to the cardboard back. I used Designer Calendar Cartridge for the days of the week and Hello Kitty Font for the Our Weekly Schedule.

Weekly Challenge #42: World Card-Making Day Challenge!

I made this card for a challenge on the Cricut Circle blog.

As many of you know I LOVE Hello Kitty, so I decided to use the Hello Kitty Gretting Cartridge and something Halloweeny. So this is what I came up with.

The card is cut at 5.5 x 8.5, the next mat is cut at 5.25 x 4 and the next one is 5 x 3.75. On the last cut I used white paper then used purple, orange and black chalk to give it definition. I also used Martha Stewart ribbon punch to tread the black ribbon.

Isn't she cute.

"So What's New" Blog Hop

Welcome everyone to our Blog Hop, I hope you are enjoying all the great projects. If you just came from Jennifer's blog you are in the right spot.
Today I have made a notebook/album purse.

To make this I used the Sizzix Bigz Die Booklet, Purse and Pages and DCWV All About Girls Stack.
Here is what the looks like when you cut purse out, I cut it out of chipboard.
The die makes score marks at the bottom so I cut along those lines to make a front and a back. Then I cut the cardstock to go on the front of the purse and  used my ATG to attach the paper.
Next, I used the same die to cut out the pages. You will also need to cut these in half to make 2 pages and then glue 2 pages together to make a back and front.
For this project I used my Cinch for the first time to cut the holes and to bind my purse.
The cut pages measure at 3 1/2 by 2 1/2. To decorate the pages I used Girl's Make-up Party and Forever Young and Cricut Essentials for the journaling rectangles cut at 1.75 inches.
The nail polish is from  Girls Make-Up Party cut at 1.5 inches.
The compact and lip gloss are from GMUP cut at 1.75 and 1.50.
The perfume is from GMUP and cut at 1.50.
The necklace is from Forever Young cut at 1.75 and the shoes are from Forever Young cut at 1 inch.
Here is the last page. FYI the world fabulous if from Forever Young cut at .75.
