For the green box in back I used the onesie box on Wrap It Up cut at 3 inches, the mother to be hat from Everyday Pop Up Cards is cut at fit to page, the welcome baby sheet is from Life's a Party cut fit to page.
The wrap for the water bottle is cut a 3 1/2 from Make-Up Party, the cupcake is from Martha Stewart All Occasions Cake cut at 3 inches and the crown is from Girl's Make-Up Party.
The banner is from Martha Stewarts All Occasions, the Onesie is from Everyday Pop Up Cards, and the font is from Mickey Mouse font, I punched holes at both ends and stuck a ribbon through.
The invitations are cut from Everyday Pop-Up Cards onesie with shadow cut at 5 inches, the crown is 2 inches from Life's a Party, the cupcake is 2 inches from doodlecharms, the word princess is from Cake Basics. Then I printed the party info on vellum the cut into the shape of the onesie.

Child's Lap Desk

I thought that I would share this lapdesk that I made for my best friend's 4 year old.
It was really easy to make. I used Mickey and Friends and Mickey Font. I cut each character at 2.5 inches as well as his name, the stars are 1 inch. I glued all the layers together and then put a layer of modge podge on the desk then added the characters down followed by another layer of modge podge. The card is a standard A2 card, the Oh Boy is from Mickey Font and mickey is from Mickey and friends.

Hope you like it and if you want to see more of my projects, please follow me.

Post it note holder with pen holder

Hi, everyone. It's raining really hard here in Maryland and the hurricane should be passing a little later today. Today I though I would share some post it note holders I made back in November and December for Christmas presents.

Instructions
Cut your case piece to 7 3/4x 3 1/4
Score the paper at 3 1/8, 3 1/2, and 3 7/8
After scoring fold all score lines, then fold your paper on the 3 1/2 score line and take scissors and cut 2 slits up to the score line to fit pen.
-Note: the 3 1/8 side is the front of your holder
Take 2 pieces of sticky tape and place them on the inside score lines between the 3 1/2 and 3 7/8 score lines. Then fold over and hold down tell it is secure, that is what make the place for your pen to go. I get my small pens from staples. In my pictures I cut a 3 inch square to the front of the holder and any decoration is cut 2 or 2 1/2 inches.

I hope that makes sense and thanks for looking.

My New Blog

First thank you for visiting my blog. I hope to be very active with it and I hope that you will join me on my journey and if it is not to much trouble please follow me.
Now let me introduce myself. My name is Lashavia but I have been called Shakey since i was a child. I live in Maryland and am married and have to boys (14 and 10). I started college again last September and am still going, I'm a junior now (Yah me).
I got my first Cricut 4 years ago from Walmart on Black Friday and have been hooked ever since. Now I have an Expression, Imagine, E2, Yourstory, Yourstory Mini, a Cuttlebug, Cricut Cake Mini, and lots of cartridges. I think my first was Hello Kitty. I love Hello Kitty and anything pink, so much that it is driving my family crazy especially since I'm the only girl. I'm trying to get my husband to let me paint one room in our house pink but he is not having it. When we move at the end of the year I get my own craft room and it will defiantly be pink and hello kitty. Anyway my next Provocraft product will be the Yudu machine.
My latest endeavor is I just became a Close to my Heart Consultant. So new that I have not had any sales yet. If you need anything please let me know at shakey91077.myctmh.com . I am very excited about it, everyone has been so nice so far.
